This is a self-paced course, designed to fit real life. There’s no schedule and no clock: start when you like, pause
anytime, and pick up right where you left off. Most lessons take about 10 to 15 minutes. One module a week is a good
pace, about 15 weeks for the whole course, and the authors suggest keeping a Recalibration Journal for your answers so
you can come back to them. And your access never expires: you have lifetime access, so you can return to the tools
whenever life changes again.
